You will not undergo this rite of passage and remain the same woman you were before you entered it.
Bringing your soul work, offerings, and soul-based business into form is an initiation.
Bringing your soul's work into the world requires more than just strategy or simply knowing what to do.
You can have the vision, the strategy, the offerings, the branding, the website, and the plan for bringing it all to life… but the moment you begin to share your medicine, claim your authority, allow yourself to be seen, invite clients into your work, and receive money for the value you provide, what has been living beneath the surface begins to reveal itself.
The fears. The subconscious stories. The identities you've outgrown. The patterns around visibility, worthiness, money, success, and receiving that have quietly shaped what you've believed is possible for yourself.
Bringing your medicine into the world isn't simply a tangible process.

Over three months, we work with both simultaneously — building the external ecosystem of your work while transforming the internal ecosystem of the woman creating it.
You do not undergo the rite of passage of claiming your medicine, being seen through it, receiving money for it, leading others through it, and allowing it to create the income and impact you're here to make — and remain the same woman who entered.

The Inner Architecture of Your Work
Your external reality is often being shaped by an internal ecosystem you cannot yet fully see.
The stories you hold about money. The identities you've learned to inhabit out of survival and life experiences. The beliefs you carry about your worth, your authority, your gifts, and what's possible for you. The protective patterns that emerge around visibility, selling, receiving, success, rejection, belonging, safety, and being fully seen.
And when these patterns remain unconscious, they can quietly dictate how you show up in your work and what becomes possible — no matter how deeply you consciously desire something different.
Inside Initiation, we make the unconscious conscious.
We pay attention to what emerges in real time as you bring your work into the world. The procrastination that appears before you share the offer. The perfectionism that keeps you endlessly refining instead of sharing. The fear that arises when it's time to name your price. The scarcity that takes over when a client doesn't immediately say yes. Instead of using these experiences as something you simply need to "push through," we follow them to the root.
We illuminate the subconscious stories, beliefs, identities, and protective patterns underneath them — understanding what they've been attempting to protect you from and why they have remained necessary until now.

You can also deeply understand your medicine within yourself and still struggle to translate it into clear, tangible language that allows another person to recognize: This is for me. This is what I've been looking for. This person can actually help me.
This is where we take what has been living within you — your gifts, lived experience, wisdom, modalities, vision, and the transformation you know you're here to facilitate — and begin giving it coherent, tangible form.
Together, we uncover the taproot of your medicine — the deeper thread weaving through your gifts, lived experience, wisdom, modalities, and the transformation you're uniquely equipped to facilitate.
From there, we begin building a coherent ecosystem around it.

To rise into the leadership, visibility, impact, income, and life you're desiring, you will inevitably be asked to leave behind the version of you who could not yet hold it.
The version who stands at the threshold but never fully crosses it. The one who kept her medicine hidden because being unseen feels safer than being witnessed in her power. Who waits until she feels ready. Who questions whether she's qualified enough, experienced enough, or worthy enough to claim what she knows and the medicine she holds.
Who stays within her comfort zone of what is familiar — even while consciously desiring something far beyond them. Who dreams about the vision, plans for the vision, talks about the vision, journals about the vision… but retreats, procrastinates, or gets stuck in analysis paralysis when the vision asks her to actually become visible through it.
You cannot become who you're here to become while remaining subconsciously attached to the identities, ways of being, belief systems, and patterns that have kept you where you are.
The outdated identities. The protective patterns. The stories you've inherited about money, success, visibility, power, and what you're allowed to have. The ways you've learned to receive belonging by remaining palatable, agreeable, hidden, or small.
And as these identities begin to fall away, you are simultaneously asked to expand your capacity to hold what you're calling in.
More clients ask you to hold greater responsibility and leadership. More money asks you to expand your capacity to receive and steward it. Greater visibility asks you to withstand being witnessed, misunderstood, celebrated, rejected, and seen. Greater impact asks you to stand more fully behind your medicine, the transformation you facilitate, and the leader that you are.
The very things you desire will stretch the edges of who you have previously known yourself to be.
And this is the Initiation.
To meet those edges as they arise — the fear, scarcity, resistance, self-doubt, desire to retreat — and allow what you're building to transform you alongside it.

Month 1 | Illuminate + Clarify
Uncover the medicine. Illuminate what's in the way.
We begin by getting crystal clear on the threshold you're standing at and what is asking to be brought forward through you.
Depending on where you are in your work, we may clarify the taproot of your medicine, the transformation you facilitate, your body of work, who you're here to serve, or the specific offering or vision you're ready to bring to life.
Simultaneously, we begin illuminating the subconscious architecture underneath your current reality — the identities, beliefs, fears, protective patterns, and internal narratives influencing how you relate to your work, visibility, money, receiving, leadership, and what's possible for you.
We make what’s unconscious or nebulous clear — internally and externally.
Month 2 | Build + Embody
Giving the vision form.
This is where we begin translating what we've uncovered into tangible architecture and aligned action.
Depending on your threshold, we may build or refine your offering, positioning, pricing, sales page, content, client pathways, launch, or larger ecosystem of work.
And as you begin actually moving, we work with what the movement surfaces.
The resistance, the visibility edges, the perfectionism, the fear around selling or receiving, the identity shifts required as you begin inhabiting your work differently, or the subconscious material that surfaces as you begin to move as who you’re becoming.
You're here to build the work and become increasingly congruent with the woman leading it.
Month 3 | Express + Initiate
Bring the work into the world.
Now, we move more fully into expression, visibility, invitation, receiving, and leadership.
This may mean launching the offering you've created, sharing your medicine more consistently, inviting clients into your work, refining what's already in motion, or expanding into the next level of visibility, clients, income, and leadership within an existing business.
We continue working with whatever the external action reveals internally — while supporting you in standing behind your work, receiving through it, leading through it, and integrating the identity you've been becoming throughout our time together.
The vision leaves potential and enters lived reality.

Throughout our three months together, you'll receive nine private 90-minute sessions weaving together the three core pillars of Initiation:
Subconscious Alchemy — Illuminate and alchemize the subconscious identities, beliefs, fears, and protective patterns arising as you bring your work into the world. We work with what is surfacing in real time around visibility, money, receiving, selling, authority, success, leadership, and expansion — transforming what has been quietly shaping your reality at the root.
Tangible Business + Offering Guidance — Receive hands-on support with whatever you're actively bringing to life. This may look like clarifying your medicine and body of work, creating or refining an offering, anchoring your positioning, mapping your business ecosystem, or bringing a specific offer from vision → creation → launch. We work with what your business actually needs so your ideas move beyond potential and become tangible, communicable, sellable work in the world.
Rite of Passage + Leadership Guidance — Receive support through the identity shifts, deaths + rebirths, growth edges, and initiatory thresholds that arise as you become more visible, receive more, lead clients, stand behind your medicine, and take greater responsibility for the vision you're creating — expanding your capacity to actually hold what you're calling forward.
Rather than separating the tangible from the internal, our sessions meet you at the threshold you're actually standing at.
One session may have us deep inside a subconscious pattern around receiving money. Another may have us building the offering you're preparing to launch, refining your sales page, or mapping the next evolution of your work. Another may meet you directly in the identity death arising as you become more visible, hold greater responsibility, or step into a new level of leadership.

Throughout our three months together, you'll have Monday–Friday access to me through Circle + our private WhatsApp channel for ongoing guidance, reflection, feedback, and support as you actively bring your work into the world.
Inside Circle, → you'll have a dedicated space to share what you're creating — your offerings, sales pages, content, ideas, launches, body of work, and anything else we're actively developing — and receive real-time tangible feedback and refinement as your work takes form.
Our WhatsApp channel → will hold the more immediate inner journey of the initiation — giving you a space to reach for support when the process of actually taking action surfaces the deeper material underneath.

Meet Your Guide, Mandalynn
Hi! I’m Mandalynn. A Rite of Passage Guide, Subconscious Coach, and Life Doula, supporting the life initiations, rite of passages, and transformation necessary to bring the vision to life.
I don't teach this work from theory. I've lived the initiation of bringing my medicine into the world.
I've taken what once lived within me as a collection of gifts, inherent medicine, lived experiences, trainings, visions, and seemingly disconnected threads and turned it into a coherent, living body of work.
I've learned how to name my medicine. How to translate something deeply nuanced and soul-led into language another human being can actually understand. How to create offers around it. How to communicate its value. How to sell it. How to invite people into it. And how to build an ecosystem through which my work can create both meaningful transformation, impact, and income.
However, the tangible business architecture has only ever been one half of the initiation.
I've also had to meet everything that bringing my work into the world has surfaced within me.
The fear of beig seen, other people's opinions and projections, unraveling scarcity, money, receiving, self-doubt, the discomfort of selling, the responsibility of holding clients through profound transformation, and the edges of greater visibility, leadership, income, and success.
I've had to become the woman capable of holding the work I once only dreamed of creating.
And that lived experience profoundly shapes the way I support you.
